The State shall only recognize the union of one man and one woman as marriage.

Parental Rights Amendment
CLNH proposes the following amendment to defend the rights of parents to raise their own children:
Parents have a natural right to control the health, education and welfare of their children; therefore, the State shall not abridge the role or responsibilities of parents in these matters.
